- Letters — send a private message to another writer or reader, separate from Chatter and comments. Find it from Letters in your dashboard sidebar, or the Message button on someone's profile. Messages arrive instantly while you're both online, and land in your notifications either way. You can mute, archive, block or report a conversation any time.
- Verified badge — a paid, yearly verified badge for members who reach 100% profile completion (including a purchase). Apply from your profile settings; an admin reviews your application, and paying through SSLCommerz grants the badge, which then renews the same way each year with no re-review. It shows everywhere your name does — Feed, comments, search, profile — and verified writers get a spotlight in the Feed and their own homepage section. A new sidebar widget on every dashboard page tracks your completion and links straight to whatever's still missing.

- The vote buttons, view count and report button got a mobile redesign: bigger touch targets, consistent spacing, and a report button that now matches the weight of the buttons beside it.
- The navigation folds Leaderboard and Help Center into a "More" menu on medium-sized screens, so nothing gets cut off before extra-large screens.
