The Bengali name of the popular poetry book of the time published from Bangladesh, a country on the shores of the Bay of Bengal in South Asia, and translated into Bengali is VINDESHI KOBIDER KOBITA. The translator of the book is Dr. S M Shahnoor, a very popular poet and researcher of Bangladesh and the Bengali language of the time. He translated popular poems of popular poets of 24 countries and 19 different languages from various countries of the world, including Nobel laureate Han Kang, into Bengali and published them in the form of a book. The book was named POEMS OF WORLD POETS in English. The national language of Bangladesh is Bengali. The book was published on the occasion of the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2025 organized by the Bangla Academy, the only state research institution of the Bengali language. ABOUT THE TRANSLATOR OF ভিনদেশী কবিদের কবিতা VINDESHI KOBIDER KOBITA
S M Shahnoor is a Bengali poet and researcher who was born on 08 September 1979 in Bangladesh. He is a multi-dimensional author as a poet, storyteller, dramatist, as well as a traveling and biography writer and so on. His literary works were translated into thirty languages and published in various newspapers, magazines, periodicals and websites, and included several anthologies all over the world. He studied advanced technology at the Marine and Warfare Academy of China. By profession, he is a creative writer and researcher. He has published 14 books and achieved so many awards, certificates and honours from different organizations around the globe.
