Bengali poet S M Shahnoor got UNIVERSAL POETRY PRIZE: GLOBAL POET 2024

On the occasion of America's International Poetry Festival-2024, 500 poets from 120 countries of the world have been awarded certificates of honor as prestigious global poets. Multi-dimensional writer and researcher from Bangladesh, South Asia, Dr. S M Shahnoor got UNIVERSAL POETRY PRIZE: GLOBAL POET 2024. He is the only enlisted Bengali literary man who has translated the World Poetry Anthem into Bengali language. He is a well-known face not only in contemporary Bengali literature, but also in international area. He is a poet, storyteller, dramatist, as well as a traveling and biography writer and so on. His literary works were translated into thirty languages and published in various newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and websites, and included several anthologies all over the world. He has been awarded several prestigious awards from many institutions of the country and abroad, including three honorary doctorate in international literature and so on.
Creator of "Global Poet Awards" is Author of the World Poetry Anthem and Founder of the World Poetic Fraternity Juan Antonio V. Delgadillo of USA. He is a bilingual Spanish - English writer, poet and songwriter born in Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 1979. Currently residing in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas, United States.
