"I don't have time today, let me go first" said Trust anxiously, "give me a hard push so that it breaks me into a thousand pieces, will you?" "We always let you leave first. For once let me go first today, please!" requested Love. "Okay fine. Only for today." Trust rolled his eyes but agreed. "So, now it's on you to break me, after Love leaves. You know what you have to do, right?" Trust looked at Hope. Hope was lost in her thoughts. She gave a nod to Trust without looking at him. She is used to it. Hope knows whatever happens, she had to wait for a long time after her shift to leave. It doesn't really matter to her who leaves first, who leaves second. Trust has always been dramatic about his exit, an earth shattering fall, which breaks every bit of him into, if not millions, then into thousand pieces, depending on the height he chooses to take his fall. Unlike Love, she just leaves quietly, preferably taking the back door, without anyone noticing. There were instances when no one even knew she was there, working her ass off for long hours, without drawing much attention to herself. That's her way, of course, to remain silent and mind her own business. And then there's Hope! Even though Hope was informed that she had to work for long hours after her shift, it gets tiring sometimes. One could easily see the exhaustion in her face, the sleepy eyes, the longing in her soul to leave. But she knows, it's part of her job. She had to stay as long as it takes.
