২. বিশেষ করে নারীদের প্রতি সহিংসতা:
বিশেষ করে নারীদের বিরুদ্ধে সহিংসতা যে কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই অত্যন্ত সতর্কতার সাথে বিচার করতে হবে। পুলিশ আইন এবং মানবাধিকার আইন অনুযায়ী, নারীদের প্রতি সহিংসতা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়, বিশেষত যদি তা শক্তির অত্যধিক প্রয়োগের ফলস্বরূপ হয়। চুলের মুঠি ধরা, যা নারীদের শারীরিক শ্লীলতাহানির সাথে সম্পর্কিত, সেটি আইনগতভাবে এবং নৈতিকভাবে অসম্মতিযোগ্য।
৩. মানবাধিকার লঙ্ঘন:
বিশ্বব্যাপী মানবাধিকার সনদ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক আইন অনুযায়ী, বৈধ প্রতিবাদ জানানো, বিশেষত নারীদের পক্ষ থেকে, তাদের মৌলিক অধিকার। এ ধরনের অবস্থায় পুলিশকে অতিরিক্ত সহিংসতা বা শরীরিক আক্রমণ থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। পুলিশ যদি নারীদের চুলের মুঠি ধরে, তবে তা মানবাধিকার লঙ্ঘন এবং শারীরিক নিপীড়ন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
৪. আইনগত দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি:
পুলিশের অভিযোগ অনুযায়ী, যদি প্রতিবাদকারী নারীরা কোনোভাবে পুলিশকে খামচি দিয়ে থাকে, তাও পুলিশকে শরীরের শালীন অংশে কোনো শক্তি প্রয়োগের অধিকার দেয় না, বরং নির্দিষ্ট বিধি অনুযায়ী পুলিশকে অতিরিক্ত শক্তি ব্যবহারে সংযত থাকতে হয়। নারীদের প্রতি চুলের মুঠি ধরা অত্যধিক ও অযাচিত শক্তি ব্যবহার হিসেবে বিচারিত হতে পারে। কঠোর সংবেদনশীলতা দেখানোর দায় সবার আগে প্রশিক্ষিত বাহিনীর, যাদেরকে গণমানুষের সেবক হিসেবে রিক্রুট করা হয়।
এ ক্ষেত্রে পুলিশের শক্তি ব্যবহারের মাত্রা অগ্রহণযোগ্য এবং আইনগতভাবে justified নয়। পুলিশকে অবশ্যই শান্তিপূর্ণ এবং মানবিকভাবে পরিস্থিতি মোকাবিলা করতে হবে, এবং তারা যদি শারীরিক আক্রমণ বা অতিরিক্ত শক্তি ব্যবহার করে, তাহলে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে যেকোনো কল্যাণ রাষ্ট্র যথার্থ তদন্ত ও গ্রহণযোগ্য প্রমাণসাপেক্ষে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারে।
