Enamul Hoque Bhuiyan, a Scientist at the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research, University of Illinois Chicago, previously held postdoctoral positions at the Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Institute at Mount Sinai and the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine. He earned his Ph.D. from the Sir Peter Mansfield Imaging Centre (SPMIC), University of Nottingham.
Dr. Bhuiyan is interested in the sophisticated development of hardware and software methods for biomedical imaging, utilizing the principles of Physics and Mathematics. His current pursuits encompass brain cancer and prostate cancer investigation using MRI, motion correction in MRI, state-of-the-art image reconstruction techniques, image analysis for the comprehensive understanding of brain physiology and functions, and the quest for potential biomarkers related to neurological diseases and disorders.
