Somewhere beyond the clouds so white
A place is filled with endless light.
Where silent stars begin to glow
And gentle winds of peace softly blow.
I dream of skies with golden hue
Of endless fields and morning dew.
Where hearts are free from pain and fear
And every soul feels welcome there.
Near to heaven, I wish to be
Where love flows like an endless sea.
Where broken dreams can rise again
And joy replaces every pain.
The moon may whisper through the night
The stars may guide me with their light.
I close my eyes and drift away
To where eternal blossoms sway.
No tears would fall, no hearts would break
No lonely souls would feel forsaken.
Every smile would shine so bright
Like little stars in endless night.
Perhaps heaven isn't far above
Perhaps it's built with human love.
A helping hand, a heart sincere
Can make the distant heaven near.
In kindness found, in peace we share
A glimpse of heaven lives somewhere.
