I am a poet and writer from Bangladesh, writing about memory, love, time, place, identity and the quiet complexities of being human.
My writing begins in Bangla, often growing from a remembered place, a fleeting moment, a word, or an emotion that refuses to disappear. I believe poetry does not always need to explain, it sometimes only needs to make us feel and remember.
I am also the founder of Studio Captain Bd, a creative platform through which I bring Bangladeshi poetry and stories to a wider audience through literature, cinematic recitation and visual storytelling.
Here, I share my writing as it is born—from the intimate to the universal, from Bangladesh to wherever the words may travel.
