Since 1985, I have worked as a correspondent for various weekly newspapers in Dhaka from Goalanda Ghat police station in Faridpur district. Since 1993, I was appointed as the Goalanda correspondent of Dhaka's national daily Bhorer Kagoj. I was deeply involved in the journalism profession until 2006.
Since 1985, I have been writing literary articles in Dhaka's national daily and weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annual newspapers. I continue to write articles till today.
During that time, I also contributed to several literary magazines.
