Quick answers
"Why did my comment disappear?"
It was probably flagged as spam — check for external links or promotional words (see Comments).
"Why is my post hidden?"
It was flagged as spam, paused by a moderator, left as a draft, or scheduled for a future date. The post page tells you which — and what to do about it (see Post Moderation).
"Why didn't the author's points change when I upvoted?"
Votes settle after a few minutes; only your final vote counts (see Voting & Points).
"How do I get paid?"
Enable sales on your posts, then request a withdrawal from My Earnings (see Earnings & Withdrawals).
"How do I unlock a badge?"
Every achievement has a milestone — views, comments, upvotes, sales. See Achievements & XP for the full list.
"What happens when a moderator marks my post as spam?"
Points and badges that the post earned you are removed, and a 10-point penalty is applied. If the flag is cleared later, they're restored (see Post Moderation).
